Why does managed care cost more than a hosting account?
A hosting platform supplies infrastructure. The monthly plan also covers Young Digital's time to manage publishing and rollbacks, monitor the website, perform the stated checks and maintenance, make included edits, and respond to support requests.
Can Young Digital take over a site someone else built?
Sometimes. The assessment confirms the platform, source access, current condition, forms, integrations, security needs, and ownership before Young Digital accepts responsibility. Unsupported or high-risk systems receive a separate recommendation.
What does the response target mean?
It is the time for Young Digital to acknowledge a support request during business days, assess urgency, and communicate the next step. It is not a guaranteed resolution time or a 24/7 emergency service.
What counts as a small change?
A small change updates existing text, contact information, or an image without changing the page structure. New pages, redesigns, copywriting, SEO campaigns, and new integrations receive a separate scope.
Are third-party costs included?
Hosting, domain and platform subscriptions are separate from every care plan. Domain registration, premium software, paid email, unusually high usage, and third-party services are billed directly to the client or approved separately.
Can I move later?
Yes. You keep your domain and fully paid website. Young Digital will provide the transferable materials and access it controls; any hands-on migration work is quoted before it begins.

No. Website care keeps the agreed site operational and supported. Search strategy, new landing pages, campaign work, inquiry monitoring, and sales follow-up remain separate services with their own scope.
